Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The RFP does not disclose a budget. Similar municipal enterprise‑asset‑management implementations (software licensing, configuration, data migration, training, and multi‑year support) typically range from $0.5 million to $1.5 million depending on scope, number of departments, data volume, and required integrations. Factors influencing the final amount include the size of the asset inventory (≈90,000 assets), the need for custom GIS interfaces, mobile field‑service deployment, and the length of the post‑implementation support contract.
