Description
The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is soliciting sealed quotes from qualified contractors for demolition, debris removal, and site restoration services for a residential structure located at 2692 Johnson Street, Lithonia, Georgia 30058. The scope of work includes demolition of the residential structure and associated improvements, removal and lawful disposal of debris, foundation removal, site grading and stabilization, erosion control, and full site restoration in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. A mandatory pre-site visit will be held on July 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the project address.
