The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is seeking a contractor to provide system analysis, software and system engineering and analysis, development, application and customization, and technical writing services to support the NAVSEA Fusion Suite of applications. The contractor will provide support services, including Atlassian ecosystem administration, integrated operations support, project integration services, user manuals, training, and project documentation, systems analysis, and enhanced data visualization through Jira and PowerBI integration. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the award will be made to the responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) offeror whose quotation is determined to be technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. • The contractor will provide comprehensive support for the Atlassian ecosystem, including Confluence and Jira administration, advanced scripting, and workflow customization. • The contractor will assist in integrating the Jira database with the Navy Maintenance Database (NMD) and the Ship Maintenance Data Improvement Initiative (SMDII) database. • The contractor will develop and refine Jira workflows for ship repair tracking and government-furnished materials tracking. • The contractor will provide training and documentation support, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials. • The contractor will provide systems analysis services, including the integration and optimization of processes within NAVSEA Fusion Jira.
