Description
The Georgia Breakbulk Logistics Park project involves the installation of one full access driveway and one right-in right-out driveway, including site clearing, grading, and associated infrastructure for a future industrial park. The project is owned by the Golden Isles Development Authority, and bids will be received until January 20, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 6, 2026, and all prospective bidders are required to attend. The bidder must be a certified GDOT contractor.
