First Street Reconstruction (DNT-Coleman)

The Town of Prosper is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the First Street Reconstruction (DNT-Coleman) project. The project involves the construction of a four-lane divided suburban arterial between the Dallas North Tollway and Coleman Street. The project includes a roundabout, concrete curb and gutter roadway, underground drainage improvements, median landscape, street lighting, and a twelve-inch water line. The successful contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 115% of the contract amount, and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, as well as evidence of all required insurance coverage within ten calendar days of notice of award.
