STX)-2026-010 Addendum 1 (Partial Demolition and Repair of Gallows Bay Warehouse- St. Croix USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified and licensed general contractors to demolish the existing Cargo Warehouse and refurbish the exterior of the existing office building at the Gallows Bay Marine Facility on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands. The selected Contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the services. The project includes various tasks such as demolition, concrete repair, and fence installation. • The bid must include a proposal bond in the amount of $10,000. • The contractor must comply with all airport security requirements. • The contractor must provide a badge application signed by the certifying official. • The contractor must display an identification badge issued by the Authority at all times while on duty. The deadline for submitting bids is 12/10/2025. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11/18/2025.
