IFB 26-028-CJ REBID- Spillway Tower Improvements

Gloucester County, Virginia is soliciting qualified contractors to upgrade the Beaverdam Creek Reservoir spillway tower and associated water‑treatment facilities. The work covers installation of flow and chloride monitoring equipment, electrical and control system connections, rehabilitation and replacement of sluice gates, upgrades to sump pumps and transformers, and related infrastructure improvements. • Install new flow and chloride monitoring systems for real‑time water quality data. • Perform electrical, control, and transformer upgrades, including new connections to existing infrastructure. • Rehabilitate or replace existing sluice gates and upgrade sump pump capacity. • Provide all necessary civil, mechanical, and electrical labor, materials, and testing to ensure full operational readiness of the spillway tower.
