Ductless Splitt AC Unit

The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is seeking a quotation for 2 of PUZ-AK30NLHZ R-454B and 2 of PKA-AK30NL R-454B ductless split AC units. The offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order (PO)/Contract (Enclosure A). The contract type is Firm Fixed Price, and the payment terms are Net 30. The anticipated period of performance/delivery is ASAP after award of PO. • The quotation must include the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet (Enclosure C). • The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI #). • The offeror must provide representations and certifications as required by the solicitation. • The offeror must comply with the Buy American Act and provide information on the place of manufacture.
