Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide Impeller, Fan parts. The contract will be a 5-year, firm-fixed-price contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 349 units and a maximum quantity of 1,068 units. The contractor will be required to provide the parts FOB Destination. The solicitation includes a Technical Data Package (TDP) that is available through the Contract Opportunities website. Offerors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the TDP.
• The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the lowest evaluated price.
• The offeror must meet all the material requirements of the solicitation.
• The offeror must meet all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104.
• The Government reserves the right to negotiate any and all elements of the proposed plan during negotiation of cost, technical, and/or managerial features of the proposal.
