Description
The Colquitt County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for one new track type mini excavator for use by the Maintenance Department. The excavator must meet certain specifications, including a maximum operating weight of 10,000 lbs, a diesel engine with a minimum net power of 40 HP, and a hydraulic system with a minimum flow of 25 GPM. The bid packet is available on the Colquitt County website, and sealed bids will be accepted until July 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
• The excavator must be a new and unused currently advertised standard production model.
• The bidder must provide all the equipment, service, and terms required by Colquitt County.
• The bid must include the cost of the excavator, less discounts due to county governments, and less guaranteed buy back at the end of five years or 3000 hours.
• The bidder must state their warranty, delivery, and financing options.
