FC0001609 Eltek DC Power Plants for DoIT-MD FiRST Network 2 SITES

The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Eltek DC Power Plants for the DoIT-MD FiRST Network 2 SITES. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for ELTEK and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor if requested. The contractor must also provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The scope of work includes providing itemized lists of required equipment and services, and the contractor must deliver the equipment and services within the specified timeframe. • The contractor must provide new and unused equipment. • The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must allow for pricing provided in response to this PORFP to be valid for at least 90 days after the set due date above. • The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
