Eastern Oregon Youth Correctional Facility Bathroom Remodel

The project involves remodeling services for four dormitory restrooms at the Eastern Oregon Youth Correctional Facility. The scope of work includes demolition, wall, ceiling, and substrate repair, interior finishes, lighting installation, partitions, and hardware, flooring work, and plumbing. The successful bidder will be required to provide and install various fixtures and materials, including plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and finish grade plywood paneling. • The project requires compliance with 28 CFR §115.315 for toilet partition doors. • The stainless steel wall cladding in the shower areas is to be removed. • The entry doors to the restrooms are not included in the scope of work. • The project involves working on one restroom at a time, with four mobilizations for the trades.
