ADIRU P-8A Incorporation

The US Navy is seeking Capability Statements from interested parties for the ADIRU P-8A Incorporation project. The project involves updating the Air Data Inertial Reference Unit (ADIRU) of the P-8A Poseidon aircraft with the 2015 magnetic variation (MAGVAR) tables to maintain its certified ability to operate in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) and use Required Navigation Performance (RNP) Area Navigation (RNAV) routes. The updated ADIRU must maintain its existing compliance with FAA Technical Standard Orders (TSO) C4c, C5e, C6d, and C106, and the P-8 ADIRU must satisfy the requirements for DO-178B Design Assurance Level A. • The Capability Statement should include a company profile, technical approach, experience, personnel, facilities, security, and any other pertinent information. • The Capability Statement should not exceed 20 pages in length and should be submitted electronically via email in Microsoft Work or PDF format. • The Government requests that respondents deliver responses within 15 days of the publication date of this RFI. • All submissions should include RFI Reference Number, company name, company address, CAGE code, DUNS number, and a point-of-contact who is able to discuss the material submitted.
