The Pease Development Authority originally issued a Request for Bids (RFB 26‑13) seeking suppliers of FAA‑approved runway deicing chemicals (liquid potassium‑acetate fluid and solid sodium formate). However, Addendum #1 (Nov 17 2025) announced that RFB 26‑13 has been cancelled and will be re‑issued under a new reference number RFB 26‑13A.
