The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the flat‑roof membrane on the Wellness Center. The work involves cleaning and preparing an existing 26,000 sf modified‑bitumen membrane, installing a 115 mil fully‑adhered fleece‑back TPO membrane overlay, and updating related roof‑drain and parapet components. The contract is a lump‑sum, fixed‑price award with performance, payment and defect bonds, and includes a 20‑year warranty on labor and materials.
• Approx. 26,000 sf of TPO membrane overlay with associated flashings, pipe boots, walk pads, and metal parapet cap work.
• Replacement of 28 roof‑drain domes/strainers (original 30‑drain assembly removed) and a new termination bar; existing curved parapet cap retained.
• Project must start May 11 2026, achieve substantial completion within 81 calendar days, and final completion 30 days thereafter, with liquidated damages of $150 per day for delays.
