Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) is seeking a contractor to provide a core collection of proprietary scientific journal content from SpringerNature. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide access to the journal content for the NCTC. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
* The contractor must provide access to the journal content for the NCTC.
* The contractor must provide a single point of contact for the NCTC to use for all interactions related to the contract.
* The contractor must provide a detailed invoice for all charges related to the contract.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
* The contractor must provide a plan for ensuring the security and integrity of the journal content.
