Facility Access Roads and Site Improvements

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to design, furnish materials, equipment, and labor, and construct necessary access roads and site improvements at three municipal locations: the South Pinedale Reservoir, the Elk Vale sanitary sewer force mains, and Well 12. The work includes excavation, grading, pavement, drainage, erosion control, and related site work in accordance with the City’s standard specifications and detailed plans. Bidders must submit a sealed bid with a 5 % bid guarantee (or 10 % bid bond) by the deadline, provide required insurance, performance and warranty bonds, and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
