Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for the complete roof replacement of Stripling Elementary School Buildings 2010 & 2011 located at 6155 Atlantic Blvd, Norcross, GA. The contract will be awarded on a lump‑sum basis and requires a 5% bid bond, 100% performance and payment bonds, and submission of an AIA A305‑2020 Contractor Qualifications Statement. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference on September 30, 2026, and will be given access to plans electronically after qualification. Work must begin within ten days of the Notice to Proceed, with full site access starting May 27 2027 and substantial completion required by July 23 2027.
