Sanitary Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation

The City of Mountain View is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate its sanitary sewer collection system. The work includes pipe‑bursting of existing clay lines, installation of new HDPE and PVC pipelines, manhole replacement and repair, CCTV inspections, site grading, erosion control, and associated safety and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bids must be submitted by the deadline and the city reserves the right to accept the most advantageous offer. • Pipe‑bursting of 2,581 LF of 6” clay to 8” SDR 17 HDPE • Installation of 100 LF of 8” SDR 26 PVC (bore & open cut) and 139 LF of 10” SDR 26 PVC (open cut) • Replacement of three sanitary sewer concrete manholes and bench repairs for eleven manholes • Pre‑ and post‑installation CCTV inspections, site grading, erosion control, and safety systems
