Request For Information/Sources Sought Notice- Subscriber Radio

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Global Acquisitions (GA) is seeking information from potential sources for the provision of subscriber radio equipment and services. The requirement includes handheld radios, mobile radios, base stations, remote consoles, accessories, and training services. The contractor will be responsible for providing equipment that meets the specified technical requirements, including P25 compliance, encryption, and GPS capability. The contract will be available to other DOS Bureaus, Posts, and USG agencies. The Department is looking for companies that can demonstrate their ability to provide the required equipment and services, and that have experience working with government agencies. • The contractor shall provide radios and associated equipment that meet the specifications listed in the Statement of Work. • The contractor shall provide all logistical services necessary to satisfy the SOW requirements. • The contractor shall deliver or ship materials to the Government facility at the specified location. • The contractor shall provide written notice of ordering discrepancies to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within five (5) days of receipt of order.
