Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

Based on typical municipal traffic‑signal intersection upgrades in Colorado, contract values usually range from $500,000 to $1.5 million, depending on site conditions, utility relocations, and the extent of pavement and curb‑ramp work. The bid bond requirement (5 % of bid) and the need for extensive insurance also suggest a mid‑six‑figure to low‑seven‑figure contract. Therefore, a reasonable estimate for the contractor’s revenue is between $500,000 (minimum scope with limited utility work) and $1,500,000 (full scope with extensive utility adjustments and premium materials).
