RFI/Sources Sought: HSI Division 4 Unit 4 Continued Automation and Enhancements (D4U4)

The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking sources and information for market research to determine the availability of commercial capabilities in the areas of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for a modernized custom-built system. The system incorporates tracking, workflow management, records retention, reporting, and analytics, as well as financial management and accounting workflow/processing modules. ICE seeks to better understand industry best practices for maintaining an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud-based, serverless, custom-built system. Key tasks include: • O&M Support, including Agile Planning and Support Services • Troubleshooting, Corrective Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Adaptive Maintenance, and Minor and Moderate Backlog changes • Help Desk User Support, Backup and Data management, and Maintain System Intergradation • Upgrades and Refactoring, DevSecOps Engineering Support, and Security Compliance • Release Management and Management & Audit Assurance/Compliance ICE is looking for companies with experience in developing and maintaining similar custom-built software systems, particularly those with experience in Law Enforcement financial management and accounting workflow/process.
