The government requires production of 250 copies of a single‑page letter‑head (face‑only) with thermography (raised) printing of a flag logo in Pantone 288 Blue and Pantone 874 Gold on pre‑provided 24‑lb white paper (JCP D50 “1 Star – Eagle” watermark). The contractor must pick up the stock from the GPO warehouse in Washington, DC, trim the sheets to 8½ × 11 in, shrink‑film pack the 250 units, label cartons per GPO Form 905, and ship the finished product to PEO IWS at the Washington Navy Yard by June 10 2026. Proofs (press‑quality PDF) are due May 27 2026, and shipping notice must be emailed the day of shipment.
