E. Third Street Improvements

The City of Dayton is seeking qualified contractors to construct a protected cycle track and improve sidewalks along East Third Street between Webster Street and Keowee Street, including roadway resurfacing, concrete paving, pavement markings, ADA curb ramps, and associated demolition and removal work. • Install a new cycle track with appropriate grading, drainage, and safety features. • Perform sidewalk reconstruction and ADA‑compliant curb ramp installations. • Resurface the existing roadway, replace or repair concrete pavement, and apply pavement markings. • Handle demolition, removal, and disposal of existing pavement and related materials. • Provide all necessary site preparation, traffic control, and compliance with City of Dayton Public Works specifications.
