Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from CN & DEQ certified LBP Contractors for the rehabilitation of one home located in Adair County. The work includes hazard reduction, paint and finish, sheetmetal and gutters, and must be completed within 45 working days. The home has tested positive for LBP, and bidders must practice safe work practices.
• The bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office.
• The bidder must provide proof of certification with their submittal.
• The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest and most responsive bid.
