Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a qualified contractor to replace an existing waterborne restroom at New Hogan Lake (Acorn Campground) with a new prefabricated concrete cast restroom. The work includes demolition and removal of the existing unit, disposal of debris, construction of a reinforced concrete pad (≈27 × 33 ft), delivery and installation of the new restroom, connection to existing water, sewer, and electrical utilities, and compliance with ADA, state, and federal building codes. The contract is a one‑time, 365‑day performance requirement with a total quote due by 11:00 AM PT on 3 Sep 2026. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 13 Aug 2026 (attendance not required for award). The contractor must provide insurance, safety plans, warranties (1 year), and all necessary permits.
