The City and County of Denver is seeking a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor to execute the complete replacement of the Aztlan Outdoor Pool facility. The scope includes demolition of existing pool structures, construction of a new 25‑meter lap pool with integrated zero‑entry kiddie pool, splash pad, community‑driven water feature, and upgrades to locker rooms to meet current code and accessibility standards. Mechanical, plumbing, and equipment building systems will also be replaced, with design development occurring concurrently with construction.
