Description
The California Department of Education is seeking bids for copy machine maintenance and repair services for the California School for the Deaf, Fremont. The contract will be for a period of one year, with two optional one-year renewals. The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for Sharp copiers at the school. The bid must include a photocopy of a valid and current Sharp certification for the bidder and each technician to be used in fulfillment of the contract.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must possess a valid and current Sharp certification.

• The contractor must have a commercially useful function for the resulting contract.
• The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the IFB.
• The contractor must provide proof of workers' compensation insurance and commercial general liability insurance.
