Description
The Mt Clemens Montessori Academy is soliciting sealed proposals for the removal and installation of 12 new HVAC units, including all components and connections needed to complete the project. The project also includes a bid alternate for boiler replacements. The successful bidder will be required to commence construction no less than 7 days after issuance of a notice to proceed and complete the project by August 31, 2026. The bidder must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage laws.
• The project includes the installation of new HVAC units, boilers, and associated piping and electrical work.
• The bidder must provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, specifications, and references.
• The bidder must also provide proof of insurance and comply with all safety regulations.
• The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities or immaterial omissions or defects.
