Description
The City of Findlay is soliciting proposals for the supply and placement of asphalt concrete for municipal paving projects throughout 2027. Bidders must provide an ODOT‑approved Job Mix Formula (JMF), submit daily test results, and attach plant tickets for each load. The contract covers the period January 1 2027 to December 31 2027 and includes provisions for price adjustments based on asphalt binder index fluctuations.
• Supply and place asphalt concrete using an ODOT‑approved JMF (mix type, aggregate gradation, binder content, etc.).
• Provide daily testing results and plant tickets; submit pan samples per ODOT §441.11.
• Adhere to a price‑adjustment formula if the Placing Index deviates >10 % from the Bidding Index with a monetary impact >$100.
• Contract duration is one year with possible two‑year extensions at the City’s discretion.
