Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished and furnished office space for administrative operations in support of law enforcement in San Diego, CA. The required space should have a minimum of 5,250 square feet and a maximum of 7,001 square feet, with 20-35 private offices and at least one conference room. The space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use, with a Facility Security Level (FSL) of II minimum. The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm. The evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
• The space must be contiguous, but non-contiguous space may be considered if it is limited to no more than 3-4 suites within a building.
• The space must be at or above ground level.
• The space must have a dedicated server room with 24/7 cooling.
• The Government will not consider collocation with agencies or tenants whose clientele or operations conflict with law enforcement functions.
• The offered space must meet the requirements in this advertisement and RLP 25REG00 and be priced accordingly.
