Sale of Scrap Deformed Small Arms Fired Cartridge Casings

The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of scrap deformed small arms fired cartridge casings. The duration of this solicitation is for one load, and the bidder must pick up the materials within ten working days of the award date. The materials include deformed and demilitarized small arms cases with primers in various calibers, packaged loose in gaylord boxes. The bidder must provide transportation for the pickup and shipment of the recyclable materials and pay 80% of the award amount at the time of pickup, with the balance due within 15 calendar days. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and multi-jurisdictional laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide proof of active SAM's account, DUNS Number, and Cage Code if required. • The bidder must pay the full purchase price before delivery of the property if determined by the Fort Knox QRP. • The evaluation for award will be based on the best price offered to the QRP.
