On-Call Residential Rehab Services

The County of Lexington is seeking licensed contractors/residential home builders to provide on-call residential rehabilitation services for the County's Community Development Minor Home Repair Program. The program allows up to $15,000 in repairs. The contractor will be required to provide services in all areas of residential rehab, including general contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other interior and exterior rehabilitation services. The contractor must have all necessary licenses and registrations, including a contractor's license and registration with SAM.gov. The contractor must also provide references and demonstrate experience with projects of similar scope and size. • Must have a licensed contractor/residential home builder contractor • Must be registered with SAM.gov • Must provide previous work history with projects of similar scope and size • Must provide references • Must demonstrate experience and management of employees • Must comply with all federal and state requirements concerning fair employment and employment of the handicapped
