2026 CIPP Rehabilitation

The City of Edmonds is inviting bids for the 2026 Combined Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation Project. The project involves the installation of CIPP liners in three different locations: 1. Schedule A - Sewer: 258 linear feet of 8-inch diameter CIPP liner 2. Schedule B - 88th Avenue West Storm: 690 linear feet of 8-inch diameter CIPP liner 3. Schedule C - Daley Pl Storm: Various diameters and lengths of CIPP liner, including 8-inch, 12-inch, 15-inch, and 18-inch, as well as 20 feet of 12-inch diameter PVC pipe. The project also includes pre-construction and post-construction Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) pipe inspections and general restoration. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on May 14, 2026, and will be opened and read aloud at 2:15 PM on the same day. Bidders can access the project plans, specifications, and addenda online through the City of Edmonds' plan room. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid must accompany each bid. The City of Edmonds reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or bidding process. The city also ensures that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
