Strickland Park Concession and Restroom Remodel

The City of Stillwater is seeking a qualified contractor to perform renovation work at the Strickland Concession Stand, including demolition, construction, electrical upgrades, and finish work. The project aims to improve the functionality, durability, and appearance of the concession and restroom facilities. The scope of work includes renovation of the concession stand, replacement of existing fixtures, installation of new cabinets and countertops, and painting of the interior and exterior of the building. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
