The Andover Housing Authority is inviting sealed bids from contractors for the Bathroom & Kitchen Modernization & Plumbing/Mechanical Improvements at State Aided Development: Frye Circle (667-3) in Andover, Massachusetts. The estimated cost of the project is $3,000,000.00. • The project requires contractors to be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction. • General bidders must agree to contract with minority, women, and veteran-owned business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO). • The participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 8% MBE, 5% WBE, and 3% VBE for all state and state-assisted construction projects over $150,000. • The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
