CES Asphalt

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Class G, 3/8” PG 64-28, for Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the contractor will be responsible for delivering up to 2,365 tons of HMA. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must provide a technical description of the items being offered. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver the HMA. • The contractor must include all transportation and delivery costs in the price. • The contractor must deliver the HMA to Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the HMA being offered. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to meet the delivery time and temperature requirements specified in the Statement of Work.
