Description
The project involves the removal of 14,500 SF existing roof system to the roof deck and replacement with a fully adhered 90-mil roofing system, complete with all associated work required for the project. The project is located at Williams Hall, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis, and a bid bond is required.
