Salsnes Filter Maintenance, Repair and Parts

The City of Clearwater is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, parts, and materials for the Salsnes Filter systems utilized by the Public Utilities Department. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to three additional years. The contractor will be required to provide semi-annual inspections and repairs as needed. The city has five Salsnes Filter units, each requiring two inspections per year. The contractor will be paid on a flat, all-inclusive fee basis for the preventative maintenance services. • The contractor must have experience with similar scope and complexity of work. • The contractor must provide a minimum of three references from projects completed within the past five years. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor must provide a certified business license and any applicable specialty or contractor licenses.
