The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest for a lease of 5,312 rentable square feet of office space for a new Fredericksburg Vet Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The space must meet accessibility laws and have at least 24 parking spaces. The lease term is 20 years. Interested parties must submit their proposals, including address, property description, available square footage, available parking, and photographs, by January 20, 2026.
