Abate and Demolish - 1310 East Routt Avenue

The City of Pueblo is soliciting bids for the abatement and demolition of 1310 East Routt Avenue. The project is expected to be completed within 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed. • The contractor will be required to submit a project design detailing the plan for accomplishing abatement of the premise. • The contractor will be responsible for controlling dust emissions in the construction area. • The contractor will be required to submit an erosion and sediment control plan. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and updating the erosion and sediment control plan as construction dictates. • The contractor will be responsible for coordinating work with all other construction activities and contractors.
