Niagara Falls Storage Site Remediation and Site Services - Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District, intends to modify an existing contract with Enviro-Fix Solutions, LLC. to increase the SATOC capacity by $9,000,000. This increase will allow the Balance of Plant and Groundwater OU RA to be completed, which is due to a significant increase in quantities and the current capacity is insufficient. The contractor is already mobilized at the project site and almost complete. The Government is seeking industry comments on the proposed method of accomplishing this work. • The contract is for environmental remediation services at the Niagara Falls Storage Site. • The existing contract was awarded on 3 August 2023. • The Government intends to modify the existing contract to increase the capacity. • Industry comments can be provided until the closing date.
