Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Non-Hazardous Material Disposal

The US Coast Guard Base Ketchikan is seeking a vendor for non-hazardous material disposal services. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Full Cycle, LLC, as they are the only known and qualified vendor on the island of Ketchikan, Alaska, that can meet the agency's requirements. The contract will be for the provision of comprehensive waste material disposal services.
