Construct Model Aircraft Runway Facility

The City of Pueblo is soliciting bids for the construction of a model aircraft runway facility. The project includes mobilization and demobilization, grubbing and clearing, cutting, filling, and grading, installation of a 6" aggregate base course, and installation of a 3" hot mix asphalt surface. The scope of work is broken up into a base scope and two award options. The project requires the contractor to self-perform at least 30% of the actual labor or trade work.
