Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide EnCaption 4 Closed Captioning support services for the Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD). The contract will require the contractor to provide 24/7 telephone and email support from US-based support engineers, including software upgrades at no additional cost. The contractor must also comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed-price contract. The key requirements of the contract include:
* Providing annual EnCaption 4 Closed Captioning support services
* Including 24/7 telephone and email support from US-based support engineers
* Including software upgrades at no additional cost during the support coverage
* Complying with all applicable records management laws and regulations
* Maintaining all records created for Government use and delivering them to the Government upon request.
