Windows and Glass Repair San Antonio State Hospital and San Antonio State Supported Living Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for window and glass repair at San Antonio State Hospital (SASH) and San Antonio State Supported Living Center (SASSLC). The contract will be for a term to be established in the contract, with options for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. The scope of work includes window and glass repair, replacement, and maintenance services. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to large facilities or institutions. • The contractor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality services and meeting deadlines. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed pricing structure and pricing sheet. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and liability coverage. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of references and qualifications.
