MOUNT ASSEMBLY,CAME

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to repair MOUNT ASSEMBLY, CAME units. The contractor will be responsible for repairing, testing, and inspecting the units in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the contract. The scope of work includes overhauling, upgrading, repairing, testing, inspecting, and accepting the units. The contractor must provide all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test and tooling equipment required to return the units to a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition. The estimated RTAT for this requirement is 87 days. Key points to consider: • The contractor must establish and maintain a quality system that ensures conformance to all applicable requirements of ISO 9001/SAE AS9100. • The contractor must maintain a calibration system that meets the requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, ISO-10012-1 or an equivalent calibration program acceptable to the Government. • The contractor must provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for both material items awaiting repair and assets which have been repaired and are awaiting shipment. • The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and DCMA disposal procedures and requirements for any disposal ordered.
