Description
The Lane Education Service District is seeking proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to perform the audit of their financial statements, as well as those of several other school districts in Lane County, Oregon. The selected firm will be required to provide audit services for a three-year period, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The firm must have experience in auditing school districts and be familiar with the relevant laws and regulations, including the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. The proposal should include a description of the firm's approach to the audit, its experience in auditing school districts, and its staffing and training capabilities.
