Description
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking bids for the Fleet Facility Expansion project. The project involves subgrade, base course, asphalt pavement, reinforced concrete pavement, site work, storm drainage, building construction, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, security electronics, and pre-engineered metal buildings. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM, where bidders will be allowed to tour the project site and participate in a general discussion of the project. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Builder system.
