Zone 1 Fleet Maintenance Building Upgrade

The City of Charlotte, through Charlotte Water, seeks a contractor to convert an existing warehouse (Zone 1) into a fleet‑maintenance facility. The work includes demolition of the current 4‑inch concrete slab, placement of a new 6‑inch reinforced slab, and associated HVAC and electrical upgrades. The contractor will also furnish and install select automotive equipment not covered by existing on‑call contracts.
